So I like Pinterest.
I was challenged to do something from Pinterest everyday.
This was in February.
I did one thing.
Coffee creamer.
I failed.
So I am going to post projects as I do them...
Because I am busy.
So a million years ago I met Ryan... Actually it wasn't a million years ago. It was more like 11 years in September. Along those many years we have had many jokes, nicknames, and all of those things that go along with knowing somebody for that long. One of our favorite directors is Baz Lahrmann. I am pretty sure that Romeo+Juliet was the first movie we watched of his but our favorite is Moulin Rouge. Partically because we love the movie but also the soundtrack (if you have never heard it...I am sad for you and you should go listen to it. Like seriously. Right now).
So I found this pin...and thought that I needed to so it. We didn't have any kind of decor above our bed and I thought that space was lonely. But this posed a problem...
I.Am.Picky.
It needed to be pretty big, certain colors, and a quote that we both had a connection with.
There were some really good contenders like, LOVE IS ALL YOU NEED. who doesn't love the Beatles? Or this little good from "Overwhelmed" by Tim McMorris (You can listen to it here...Great song!!).
But then it hit me. The greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love and be loved return! Inspiration had been found.
Now my issue was the painting...After a month of searching I found this one (hopefully this isn't some uber rare painting).
Next step is to put the stickers on.
I had a helper. We had gone to baseball game that evening and he got his face painted.
Next is the paint...
And then the fun part..Peeling the sticker off!!

Aftermath!!
So after all of that we have a custom painting in our bedroom and I kind of love it :)
I have another project to talk about...but I think that one can wait until tomorrow!
